Our gateway into the T2P community is the 10-day intensive seminar, combining high-tech training, meaningful dialogue, and vibrant community-building between young Israelis and Palestinians.

Below you’ll find answers to common questions about the program in Cyprus—who it’s for, what to expect, and how to join.

Q: What is the goal of the seminar?

A: The seminar is designed to build both professional and personal bridges. Through hands-on training in technology and entrepreneurship and deep dialogue workshops, we aim to create a space for young Palestinians and Israelis to gain valuable skills, review assumptions, and connect with  they normally wouldn’t meet face to face.

A: We welcome Israelis and Palestinians between the ages of approximately 20–30 who are interested in technology, dialogue, or entrepreneurship. Participants come from diverse backgrounds, including students and professionals from various fields.

Completing the seminar gives you access to our year-round alumni programs and a vibrant alumni community.

A: Dialogue at T2P is about reflecting, and engaging with others’ perspectives in a respectful space. It’s not a political negotiation—it’s a space to explore identity, narratives, values, and lived experiences. Some discussions are challenging, but we provide the tools and guidance to help participants navigate them with care.

A: The seminar includes hands-on tech courses, where participants choose one of several learning tracks. Options vary by seminar but usually include have a beginner tech course, an advanced tech course and a non-tech course to cater to all levels and interests

Participants implement these practical skills throughout the seminar, and each course ends with a final project, where you’ll showcase what you’ve learned to the whole group.

A: In most cases, we do not accept applications from Palestinians or Israelis living abroad, unless there is a strong justification for your participation.

A: The seminar & all its activities are conducted in English, so participants should have a working knowledge of English to participate and communicate effectively.

A: Yes. No prior experience in technology or entrepreneurship is required. The seminar is designed to accommodate participants with all levels of knowledge, from beginners to advanced.

A: Yes! Reapplications are welcome and encouraged. Our admission process is based on many factors, so if you weren’t selected for a specific seminar, it doesn’t mean we wouldn’t welcome you in the future.

A: Yes. We help by booking visa appointments and providing some of the required documents to admitted applicants who need a visa to the Republic of Cyprus. While we do our best to support you, the visa process remains primarily your responsibility.

A: Thanks to our generous donors and partners, most seminar costs are covered—including flights, accommodation, and meals from the airport onward. However, to ensure participants’ commitment and to help cover a small portion of the costs, there is a commitment fee, with the option to apply for a partial scholarship if needed.

A: While we have traditionally hosted our seminars across Israel/Palestine, since October 7th our seminars currently take place in the Republic of Cyprus. After completing the seminar, you can join our alumni programs and events, which are held in various locations across Israel and Palestine, as well as online.

A: The seminar is just the beginning. Participants join our vibrant alumni network, with access to ongoing events, professional opportunities, and community initiatives—both locally and internationally.We offer various ways to stay engaged with our community. Many alumni also become more involved by becoming mentors, facilitators, volunteers, instructors, or recruiters. Almost all staff members who work in the seminar are previous alumni.
